What is a good, easy to use, motherboard to use with the new Intel E8400 – and that supports overclocking?

Need a recommendation on a good motherboard/barebones combination to use with the new Intel E8400, and it needs to support overclocking.
Any advice out there?

if money is not an issue, then use this one:

it supports 1333/1600mhz fsb and ddr3 ram so you can upgrade later on. If thaty one is too pricey, try something like this:

I really like my Abit IP-35 pro. All the overclocking and other tweaking options are there in the BIOS and real easy to understand. You can choose any FSB in 1mhz increments, and all voltages in small increments as well to really fine tune your system. Chipset cooling is good and there’s room for a good sized CPU fan, there’s an onboard POST diag display, even a CMOS reset switch on the back of the board so you don’t have to open the case.
I have an E6550 on it and so far have it up to 2.8ghz with out really trying.

Great mobo which isn’t too expensive is the Gigabyte p35-ds3l. Easy to overclock with this mobo too.
The P5K is also a very good mobo for overclocking and supports 45nm processors
