Yes when you restore this will go away too. It will not void your warranty as long as you restore prior to taking it in.
LOOK HERE. When I restore the phone, will this go away too? Will this extra file be removed when restoring iphone? Will this effect warranty? PLEASE RESPOND!

The third party app says it is far less than what it actually is. To test it out, you can background several different apps at once and not have it crash. Plus I would go with the SBSettings over some cheesy third party app out to make money.
Is this just a tweak so that it LOOKS like it has more memory but really its the same? because sbsettings showed 80mb freed but a memory application i have only showed 40. Does this actually give more ram or is it just for show?
You need to free up the memory. The modification actually stores the memory in inactive. Once you are running below 50, go up to sbsettings and hit free memory in the end process toggle
anyone else getting big lag spike around 24MB?

works good, found an easier way to install tho… download the iPhoneVM.deb file with the link provided then, using iFile (available in cydia) start the web server portion of the app and navigate to the /private/var/root path using your web browser and upload the .deb file you just downloaded. then, exit the web server within ifile, navigate to /private/var/root and tap the iPhoneVM.deb file you just uploaded, then tap install… presto, now reboot and your done.

This is crazy!!!!!! Fast and easy. My phone froze after freeing up memory but went back to normal. for people that are having trouble downloading file, you should use FireFox for downloading things.

hmmmm…check out my other video on how to auto install deb files. You might have something running or installed that is conflicting with the file.

it is a windows 7 built in widget
it says status area database is being used by another process
it says code 2 error… this is being used by another process, and it won’t allow me to execute it

What is a loiter spike? And does this memory increase affect functionallity of the phone at all?
Ps. Where does all of this extra memory come from? Is it just sitting there vacated on my phone?
