How do people make those really elaborate bios on xbox live?

I always see people whose bios are really long and make pictures out of stars and stuff. Is there some trick to it or are they just complete freakshows?
I play a lot of ranked Gears, so i spend about 5 minutes before every match looking at peoples bios
freakshows!and why do u bother reading bios?
googling might help but that is so lame
u just need a usb keyboard and plug it to ur 360 and do it like that
