How do i locate the bios chip on my Dell Latitude D620 Mother board?

i bought a laptop computer from ebay but it has a password. but to access it myself and save the money i need to do the work myself and short out the bios… not sure what the result will be as this is my first time opening up a notebook cpu.

it should be on the mother board or most likely where th network card is
