How do I get into BIOS to change a driver?

I have a Dell Dimension 8400 and I have just changed the new hard drive. However, I cannot get into BIOS. All that comes up on the screen is the Dell logo.
I have already tried resetting the CMOS.
You don’t.
The BIOS has nothing to do with drivers.
Did you install the new hard drive as the primary drive? If so, then you will need to install windows on the drive before you can start loading drivers.
