How do i access the bios using the run bit on the start menu?

I cant access my bios before running laptop as i,ve forgot the admin password how do i access it from windows xp start menu maybe using run many thanks for any help?
you cant access the BIOS after the computer booted into the OS. you have to get into it before windows xp loads..
reboot your pc, tap f11 upon starting up
