How come i have forgotten bios password?

I cant find the pass. Is there any way. Dont tell me to remove battery because I am very tired today are there any other methods for that. And one more thing is it good to update bios?
You have to be absoultely sure you are using the correct BIOS update. Most BIOS manufacturers have a so called BIOS password that can be used in emergencies like this. You need to do a web seach for this information. Many times it is the name of the BIOS or manufacturer. There are LiveCDs you can download and burn to disc that can reset passwords.
Despite the fact that you’re tired, it doesn’t change the fact that removing the battery is the right answer. Take a nap, take an energy shot, maybe a couple jumping jacks… then psyche yourself up a bit with some metal and go for it! Dive into that pc and hold the battery high above your head! (for 120 seconds) Because you KNOW that when you put it back in, your password will be reset.
