How can I get rid of a virus that is in my bios and video rom?

I don’t have a way to reflash my video cards, but not sure how to reflash the bios.

File_ is right. Take the battery out of your motherboard but you really only need to unplug the computer and then remove the battery for about 60 sec. if that does not work switch your settings to use integrated graphics and reboot then run your anti-virus.
How about just removing the CMOS battery for about 10 minutes.
