Thanks a Lot…
ha ha
Maybe Dell can somehow find a way to upgrade the 1520 for a better graphics card.
Other than that, no.
If you want a better graphics card, you need a new, or newer, laptop that can support that.
no no and no
man, i would never had thought the other slot was under the keyboard! You would think dell could have had the two slots together when building the computer. And to answer some of you, yes 4gig is the highest. Meaning 2gig modules in each slot.
Could someone tell me if i could upgrade the graphics card on the 1520 any help would be much appreciated!
man y does dell have to have there rams soo far apart T>T
i checked and it says the dell 1520 can have the maximum of 4gig of ram soo i think u could either have 2 slot with 4 gigs OR 2 slots with 2 gigs each if thats wat ur asking o.o
probably not a good idea to have more than 2GB of RAM if you have an inspiron 630m as it can only handle a maximum of 2GB. Any more will prob not do you any good.
Hey, great video.
Quick question though…are both slots empty by default from the factory? Or do I actually need to replace the RAM under the keyboard? Because that would mean the RAM doesn’t get added on, just doubled…? I’m looking to add 2 modules of 2GB each. Are they the biggest amount of RAM you can add to this type of laptop?
no,
so can mine has 2 gb of ram so can i change it to 4 gb of ram or are the cards physically bigger also can you do the same thing with the processors

This was perfect, I was able to install my ram in real time. Great!
Awesome presentation. It took 5 minutes to upgrade to 4 gb of RAM. Thanks!
